Palm Parade The Palm Parade will be Sunday, April 9th on the esplanade north of Tiedeman Park. Sunday School classes for children and adults will dismiss at 10:05 a.m. in order to join First Christian Church in a festive palm parade.
Palm Sunday Luncheon A Palm Sunday Luncheon will be served on Palm Sunday, April 9th in Stewart Hall. The Luncheon will include singing by the Children’s Choirs under the direction of Anne McNair. The entree will be baked ham, potatoes au gratin, green beans and desert. $6/Adult, $2/Child under 12. Everyone’s invited.
Prime Timers will depart the church on Friday, June 9th at 11:00 am for a driving tour, “Savannah’s Treasures,” led by Ardis Wood, historian and preservation activist, followed by lunch at the Rancho Alegre Restaurant, 402 Martin Luther King Blvd. Everyone is invited.
